In the Schedule (prescribed persons) to the Housing (Right to Buy) (Prescribed Persons) Order 199254—

(a)

the reference to London Regional Transport shall be omitted; and

(b)

after the reference to the Sports Council for Northern Ireland there shall be inserted a reference to Transport for London or any of its subsidiaries (within the meaning of the Greater London Authority Act 1999).
