Subsection (1) of that section is amended as follows—
a
for the words “20(1)” substitute “20”;
b
in paragraph (a), after the word “discrimination”, insert “or harassment”; and
c
in paragraph (b), after the words “section 4 (3)”, insert “, 4A(1)(b)”.
