In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 132, 145 and 210 of the Education Act 2002 M1 and having consulted the General Teaching Council for England in accordance with section 132(3) of that Act, the Secretary of State for Education and Skills hereby makes the following Regulations:
