9th July 2003 is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 60(3) of the Act in so far as it relates to—
(a)
sections 6, 7, 9(3) and (4) and 13 of the Professions Supplementary to Medicine Act 1960; and
(b)
in Schedule 5 to the Act, the repeals relating to the provisions specified in paragraph (a) of this article.
