Amendments to regulation 3 (interpretation)
3. In regulation 3(1), after the definition of “proper officer”(1), insert the following definition—
““proper officer”, in relation to a designated council in Scotland, has the meaning given by section 235(3) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973(2);”.
