Amendment of the General Dental Services Supplementary List Regulations

3.  In the National Health Service (General Dental Services Supplementary List) and (General Dental Services) Amendment Regulations 2003(1) to “to his knowledge” shall be deleted—

(a) in regulation 4(5), in the first place where it appears; and

(b) in regulation 9(2), in the first place where it appears.
