Disapplication
2. The following provisions shall not apply to local authorities to which this Order applies—
(a)subsections (1) and (2) of section 46 of the Act; and
(b)the entry relating to section 46 of the Act contained in Schedule 1 to the Local Authority Social Services Act 1970(1).
