13. An airport operator that is a competent authority shall, in response to a request made by the Secretary of State, supply to him such information as he may require in order to enable him to comply with the United Kingdom’s obligations under Article 14 of Directive 2002/30/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26th March 2002 on the establishment of rules and procedures with regard to the introduction of noise related restrictions at Community airports M1.
