Modification of the Northern Ireland Act 1998

2.  In subsection (6) of section 87 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998 at the end there shall be added the following paragraph—

“(q) the State Pension Credit Act 2002(1) and the State Pension Credit Act (Northern Ireland) 2002(2)”.
