1.  An applicant must possess a valid pass certificate for the Foundation Amateur Radio Examination or equivalent examination. U.K.

2.  An applicant must possess:

(a) a valid pass certificate for the F2 ... Foundation Amateur Radio Examination or equivalent examination; [F3 and]
