Responsibilities of the terminal representative and terminal operator8

Subject to paragraph (2) and to regulation 12, the terminal representative of a terminal to which these Regulations apply shall comply with the requirements set out in Schedule 4 to the MCA’s SLU Bulk Carriers publication.

In relation to paragraph 4 of Part 2 of that Schedule, the terminal operator shall provide the information on minimum water depth to the master.
