44. In regulation 7(4) of the Statutory Maternity Pay (General) Regulations 1986(1) (liability of Commissioners of Inland Revenue to pay Statutory Maternity Pay)—
(a)in sub-paragraph (a)(iii)—
(i)omit “or an administration order”, and
(ii)after “with respect to it” insert “or it enters administration”, and
(b)in sub-paragraph (b)(iii)—
(i)omit “or an administration order”, and
(ii)after “with respect to it” insert “or it enters administration”.
