THE STATUTORY MATERNITY PAY (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 1986

44.  In regulation 7(4) of the Statutory Maternity Pay (General) Regulations 1986(1) (liability of Commissioners of Inland Revenue to pay Statutory Maternity Pay)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a)(iii)—

(i) omit “or an administration order”, and

(ii) after “with respect to it” insert “or it enters administration”, and

(b) in sub-paragraph (b)(iii)—

(i) omit “or an administration order”, and

(ii) after “with respect to it” insert “or it enters administration”.
