Variation of section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990U.K.
2. In section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990() (purposes for which financial assistance may be given), after paragraph (tt)(), there shall be inserted the following paragraph—
“(uu)the scheme known as the UK Environment for Europe Fund.”.
