8. Nothing in article 7 above shall require anything to be done if it would be a contravention by any person of a regulation made under, or having effect as if made under, sections 220, 221 or 224 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990(1) or sections 182, 183 or 186 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997(2).
1990 c. 8. At the time of making this Order the relevant regulations are S.I. 1992/666 as amended by S.I.s 1994/2351, 1996/396 and 1999/1810.
1997 c. 8. At the time of making this Order the relevant regulations are S.I. 1984/467 as amended by S.I. 1996/252. Section 182(1), (2) and (3) (in part) are prospectively repealed by Part I of Schedule 1 to the Planning (Consequential Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1997 (c. 11).
