2. Part IV of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 shall apply to any case in which sentence is passed on a person for any offence under sections 29 to 32 (racially or religiously aggravated assaults; racially or religiously aggravated criminal damage; racially or religiously aggravated public order offences; racially or religiously aggravated harassment etc) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998(1).
1998 c. 37; sections 29 to 32 were amended by section 39(1), (5) and (6) of the Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001 (c. 24).
