The property, rights and liabilities of the Independent Broadcasting Authority were divided between the Independent Television Commission, the Radio Authority and National Transcommunications Limited on 1 January 1991. The Secretary of State having satisfied herself, after consulting the Independent Broadcasting Authority, the Independent Television Commission, the Radio Authority and National Transcommunications Limited, that nothing further remains to be done by the Independent Broadcasting Authority by virtue of Schedule 9 to the Broadcasting Act 1990, dissolves the Independent Broadcasting Authority by means of this Order.
