Revocation and transitional provisions
2.—(1) Subject to the following provisions of this article, the National Crime Squad (Senior Police Members) (Appeals) Order 1998(1) is hereby revoked.
(2) In relation to an appeal against a decision made in accordance with the National Crime Squad (Discipline) (Senior Police Members) Regulations 1998(2)—
(a)nothing in the Police Appeals Tribunals Rules 1999(3) shall apply, and
(b)the National Crime Squad (Senior Police Members) (Appeals) Order 1998 shall continue to have effect.
