1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police (Complaints) (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 15th November 2003.
(2) In these Regulations “the 1985 Regulations” means the Police (Complaints) (General) Regulations 1985(1).
