Application of Regulations
2. These Regulations apply in relation to council tax demand notices and rate demand notices served by an English billing authority or an authorised person on behalf of such a billing authority in relation to financial years beginning on or after 1st April 2004 and, accordingly, the Council Tax and Non-Domestic Rating (Demand Notices) (England) Regulations 1993(1), shall not have effect in relation to any such notice.
