Appointed days and application
2.—(1) The day appointed for the coming into force of sections 2 and 3 of the Act is 1st April 2004.
(2) The day appointed for the coming into force of sections 4 to 6 of the Act is 20th October 2003.
(3) Section 4 of the Act (purported contracts, deeds and obligations) shall only apply to contracts or deeds made, and obligations undertaken, on or after 20th October 2003.
