(1)
In paragraph (c) of the proviso to regulation F1(1) (reckoning of pensionable service during maternity leave) for the words “14 weeks” there are substituted the words “18 weeks”.
(2)
Sub-paragraph (1) has effect in relation to any period of maternity leave falling on or after 15th December 1999.
