Payment of hill farm allowance3

The Secretary of State shall, subject to regulation 5, pay hill farm allowance in respect of 2003 to any claimant who is eligible under regulation 4.

Hill farm allowance shall be payable to a claimant in respect of eligible forage area not exceeding 700 hectares.
