The Judicial Pensions (Election against Benefits) Regulations 2003

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 181(1) and 182(3) of and paragraph 17(2) of Schedule 6 to the Pension Schemes Act 19931 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
