Amendment to the Pig Carcase (Grading) Regulations 1994
2. In regulation 2(1) of the Pig Carcase (Grading) Regulations 1994(1) there shall be substituted for the definition of “the Commission Decision” the following definition—
““the Commission Decision” means Commission Decision 88/234/EEC(2) authorising methods for grading pig carcases in the United Kingdom as amended by Commission Decision 88/478/EEC(3), Commission Decision 92/557/EEC(4), Commission Decision 93/445/EEC(5), Commission Decision 94/336/EC(6) and Commission Decision 2003/750/EC(7).”
