Cancellation of authorisation10.
A food authority shall cancel an authorisation granted under regulation 6 or 7 —
(a)
at the request of the proprietor of the business in relation to which the premises are authorised; or
(b)
if the food authority is satisfied that the business carried on at the premises is no longer being carried on there.
