1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force as follows—
(a)this regulation and regulations, 2 and 6 shall come into force on 19th December 2003;
(b)regulation 4 shall come into force on 1st January 2004;
(c)regulations 3, and 5 shall come into force on 31st January 2004;
(d)regulation 7 shall come into force on 1st June 2004;
(e)regulation 8 shall come into force on 1st July 2005.
(2) The Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) Regulations 2002(1) shall be further amended in accordance with the following provisions of these regulations.
