SCHEDULE 2 MINOR AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

The Representation of the People (England and Wales) Regulations 2001 (S.I. 2001/341)

5.—(1) The Representation of the People (England and Wales) Regulations 2001 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 114(3)(b)(1)—

(i) for “1993” substitute “2003”; and

(ii) omit “, the Money Laundering Regulations 2001”.
