7.—(1) The Representation of the People (Scotland) Regulations 2001 are amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In regulation 113(3)(b) M1 —

(i) for “1993” substitute “ 2003 ”; and

(ii) omit “, the Money Laundering Regulations 2001”.
