Amendment of Regulations

2.  In each of the following regulations, for the date “1st January 2004” there shall be substituted “1st July 2004”—

(a) in the Building (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2002(1), regulations 1(b), 4(1) and 4(2);

(b) in the Building (Approved Inspectors etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 2002(2), regulations 1(1)(a), 4(1) and 4(2).
