1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Child Support (Information, Evidence and Disclosure) Amendment Regulations 2003.
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations shall come into force on 7th January 2004.
(3) These Regulations shall have effect only for the purposes of any case in respect of which section 12 of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 (information required by the Secretary of State)(1) has not come into force and for so long as that section is not in force for the purposes of such a case.
