Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998

15.  In rule 63.7, in paragraph (3)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a), omit “and pre-trial reviews”; and

(b) in sub-paragraph (c), for “rule 29.5(1)(c)” substitute “paragraph (1)(b) and (c)”.
