Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998
18. In rule 74.19, in sub-paragraph (a)—
(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (iii), omit “or”; and
(b)after sub-paragraph (iv) insert—
“or
(v)article 71 of Council Regulation (EC) 6/2002 of 12 December 2001 on Community designs;”.
