Amendments (Textual)
In respect of every vehicle the use of which on a road or other public place in the United Kingdom is authorised without insurance by virtue of F2section 144(2) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 or paragraph (2)(a) or (aa) or paragraph (2A) of Article 90 of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981—
a
the registration mark of the vehicle; and
b
the period during which the use of the vehicle is or was authorised by virtue of that F3exception.
