In this Schedule—

“enriched uranium” means uranium enriched so as to contain more than 0.711% of uranium-235;

“irradiated” and “previously separated” have the meanings given in regulation 3(2).

1.  Plutonium (other than plutonium with an isotopic concentration exceeding 80% in plutonium-238) which is not irradiated

2.  Uranium-233 which is not irradiated

3.  Previously separated neptunium-237 which is not irradiated
