PROCEEDS OF CRIME
This Order makes provision for orders and warrants made or issued under Part 8 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 in one part of the United Kingdom to be enforced in another part of the United Kingdom. Part 8 of the Proceeds of Crime Act provides for various orders and warrants to be issued in relation to confiscation investigations, money laundering investigations and civil recovery investigations.

Amendment of Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 198234
In section 18 of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 198211 (enforcement of United Kingdom judgments in other parts of the United Kingdom), there is inserted in subsection (2), after paragraph (e)—
f
an order made, or a warrant issued, under Part 8 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 for the purposes of a civil recovery investigation within the meaning given by section 341 of that Act;
