Her Majesty, in exercise of the power conferred on Her by paragraph 3A of Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958(1), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is ordered, as follows:

1958 c. 51; paragraph 3A was inserted by paragraph 4 of Part I of Schedule 5 to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (c. 36).
