Amendment to 2002 Regulations
4.—(1) Regulation 8 of the 2002 Regulations is amended as follows.
(2) For paragraph (a) there is substituted—
“(a)the fact that he is included in the list;”.
(3) In paragraphs (c) and (e) for the words “the person” there is substituted “he”.
