Revocation and transitional provisions
7.—(1) Subject to sub-paragraph (2), the Farm Waste Grant (Nitrate Vulnerable Zones) (England) (No. 2) Scheme 2000(1) (“the 2000 Scheme”) is hereby revoked .
(2) The 2000 Scheme shall continue to apply in relation to applications for grant approved under that Scheme before the date on which this Scheme comes into force.
