Citation, commencement, application and interpretation

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Charges for Drugs and Appliances) Amendment Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 1st April 2003.

(2) These Regulations apply to England only.

(3) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the National Health Service (Charges for Drugs and Appliances) Regulations 2000(1).
