The Commissioners of Customs and Excise, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 30 of and Schedule 6 paragraphs 19, 20A, 22, 41, 125, 146 and 149A to the Finance Act 2000(1), hereby make the following Regulations:

2000 c. 17; paragraph 147 of Schedule 6 to the Finance Act 2000 provides that in that Schedule the Commissioners means the Commissioners of Customs and Excise. Paragraphs 20A and 149A inserted respectively by section 123 and section 124 of the Finance Act 2002 (c. 23).
