The Companies (Welsh Language Forms) Regulations 2003

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by sections 10(2), 10(2A), 288(2), 363(2) and 744 of the Companies Act 19851, as extended by section 26(3) of the Welsh Language Act 19932, and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf hereby makes the following Regulations:
