Variation of section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 19902
In section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 19902 (purposes for which financial assistance may be given), after paragraph (qq)3 there shall be inserted—

the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment, in respect of its activities in England in so far as they relate to the protection, improvement or better understanding of the environment.
