Obtaining the information required by these Regulations5

The information required by regulations 6 to 9 shall, where applicable, be obtained by measurements made in accordance with the harmonised standards.

Information obtained other than in accordance with paragraph (1) shall be taken for the purposes of these Regulations not to meet the relevant requirement.
