This Order amends the Bradford Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1990, which established the Bradford Hospitals National Health Service Trust.

This Order amends the Bradford Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1990, which established the Bradford Hospitals National Health Service Trust.
Article 2 of the Order changes the name of the trust from the Bradford Hospitals National Health Service Trust to the Bradford Teaching Hospitals National Health Service Trust, and makes consequential amendments to the Establishment Order.
Article 4 increases the number of non-executive directors from 5 to 6 and requires that one of them must be appointed from Leeds University to reflect the Trust’s teaching commitment.
