This Order applies to the whole of the borough of Slough except the entire length of the M4, and its on and off slip roads, within the borough, the spur road from junction 7 of the M4 to its junction with the A4 (but not including the circulatory carriageway at that junction), and the entire length of the M25, and its on and off slip roads, within the borough.
The Order designates the borough of Slough as both a permitted parking area and a special parking area in accordance with Schedule 3 to the Road Traffic Act 1991. It also applies with modifications various provisions of Part II of that Act to the designated area and modifies the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 in relation to the designated area.
