Use of electronic communications for appealing against enforcement notices
3. In section 174 of the 1990 Act(1) (appeal against enforcement notice), in subsection (3) repeal “either” and at the end add
“; or
(c)by sending such notice to him using electronic communications at such time that, in the ordinary course of transmission, it would be delivered to him before that date.”.
