The Medicines for Human Use (Clinical Trials) Regulations 2004, Paragraph 12 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 27 February 2025. 12.—(1) Within the period six months from the end of each financial year, every ethics committee shall prepare a report on the committee’s activities during that year, which shall include a list of—U.K.

(a)the applications made to the committee in accordance with regulation 14; and

(b)the decisions made by the committee in relation to those applications.

(2) The ethics committee shall send a copy of the report to the Authority and, if the Authority is not the appointing authority for that committee, to its appointing authority.
