We, the Crown Court Rule Committee, in exercise of the powers conferred upon us by sections 84(1) and 86 of the Supreme Court Act 19811, section 10 of the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 19902 and section 49 of the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 20033, hereby make the following Rules:
