In paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Access to Justice Act 19993—

a

in sub-paragraph (g), delete “or”;

b

in sub-paragraph (h), for “business.” substitute “business, or”

c

after sub-paragraph (h), insert—

i

attending an interview conducted on behalf of the Secretary of State with a view to his reaching a decision on a claim for asylum (as defined by section 167(1) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 19994).
